Terms & Conditions

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, if should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify Anusaya Healthcare, the parent company operating the e-pharmacy platform “Medicine Man®” Customer Support immediately or within 10 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Anusaya Healthcare, the parent company operating the e-pharmacy platform “Medicine Man®” will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 10 working days of receipt. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:

1. you've received an item(s) that does not match your order
2. the item(s) were damaged in transit or shortage (delivery of such order to be refused at doorstep)
3. the item(s) is due to expire within 3 months

• Note: If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. Kindly check your order carefully at the time of receiving your order. Replacement for the damaged item (s) is subject to availability in stock. In absence of a replacement, a refund will be issued.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

- Items being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with labels, bar-code.

- Only fully unused strips/bottles can be returned

- Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the sales invoice

- Original sales invoice has to be returned for processing returns and refunds.

We do not accept returns in the following scenarios:

1. Partially used strips, opened bottles, cannot be returned.
2. Products which require specific storage conditions (temperature controlled) cannot be returned (vials, injections, vaccines, pen fills, etc)
3. Products which have expired post purchase.
4. Second time request against the same product/order.

Return Policy Exceptions:

Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Injections, Health Monitor & Equipment’s and Ortho Support. Also, Anusaya Healthcare, the parent company operating the e-pharmacy platform “Medicine Man®” reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as "Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.”

 

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
By using the platform, you confirm that:

You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract, and

The information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.

1. Prescription Requirement

Certain medicines can only be sold against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.

You may be asked to upload a scanned copy of your prescription.

Our partner pharmacist will verify the prescription before processing the order.

The company reserves the right to reject any order found invalid, incomplete, or non-compliant.

2. Order, Payment & Delivery

Orders are processed only after successful payment (unless Cash on Delivery is available).

Delivery timelines may vary by location and product availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or courier partners.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Misuse the platform for illegal activities,

Submit fake or invalid prescriptions, or

Resell the purchased medicines.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected is used only for order processing, compliance, and customer support as per our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on this website are owned by Anusaya Healthcare, the parent company operating the e-pharmacy platform “Medicine Man®” or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, or

Any errors in medical advice, prescriptions, or product misuse by users.

. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jurisdiction Mumbai.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Medical Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability for Adverse Reactions

1. Medical Disclaimer
All information provided on this platform, including medicine details, dosage guidelines, side effects, and interactions, is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Users are advised to consult a registered medical practitioner before using any medicine purchased through this platform.

2. Liability for Allergic Reactions or Adverse Effects
Anusaya Healthcare, the parent company operating the e-pharmacy platform “Medicine Man®” and its affiliated pharmacies act only as intermediaries for the sale and delivery of medicines.
We do not manufacture or formulate any medicines listed on the platform.

Therefore, Anusaya Healthcare, the parent company operating the e-pharmacy platform “Medicine Man®”, its employees, directors, and partners shall not be held liable for:

Any adverse reaction, allergy, or side effect arising from the use, misuse, or overuse of any product purchased through the platform;

Any health complications resulting from drug interactions or failure to follow medical advice;

Any damage or injury caused by incorrect use or self-medication without professional consultation.

3. User Responsibility
By purchasing medicines through this platform, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

The use of medicines is at their own risk;

They have disclosed all relevant health conditions and allergies to their prescribing doctor before use; and

They will immediately discontinue use and seek medical attention if any allergic reaction or side effect occurs.

4. No Warranty
While we strive to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date, we make no representation or warranty regarding the effectiveness, safety, or suitability of any product for a particular purpose.

All medicines are sold as supplied by licensed third-party pharmacies or manufacturers, subject to regulatory approval.

5. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Anusaya Healthcare, the parent company operating the e-pharmacy platform “Medicine Man®” and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from the user’s reliance on any product or medical information obtained through the platform.
